This Privacy Policy explains how East Coast Media Lab ("we", "us") handles information in connection with this website and the internal automation tools we use to operate our video channels, including Proof Pending and AITorqueLabs.

Who we are

East Coast Media Lab is a small, privately operated Canadian digital media operation. We produce and manage our own video channels; we do not operate this as a service for third parties.

This website

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, or third-party JavaScript. It does not collect personal information from visitors. It contains no forms, login, or database, and does not request any information from you.

Google / YouTube account access

We use Google's OAuth authorization system to allow our own internal automation tools to manage our own YouTube channels (uploading, scheduling, and updating video metadata such as titles, descriptions, and disclosure settings). This section explains exactly what that involves.

• Our automation may access authorized YouTube account and channel information, and video-management capabilities, only after the account owner explicitly grants permission through Google's own OAuth consent screen.
• This automation is used only by the account owner, for managing accounts and channels the account owner themselves controls. It is not offered to, or used by, any third party.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not share Google user data with advertisers.
• Access credentials issued through this authorization are stored locally and securely, and are used solely to operate the authorized automation.
• Google user data obtained through this access is used only to operate the authorized YouTube automation described above (for example: uploading a video, scheduling its publish time, or setting its metadata). It is not used for any other purpose.
• We do not collect any Google user data unrelated to operating this authorized automation.
• You can revoke this access at any time through your own Google Account permissions settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

No compliance certifications claimed

We do not claim any formal privacy or security compliance certification (for example, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar). This policy describes our actual practices as a small, personally operated media project.
